For assembly of the dust cup or battery, you can refer to the detailed operation video on our website. If your vacuum cleaner displays an E2/E3 error, it may indicate a battery issue. You can leave it for 30 minutes and try again; if the error persists, please replace the battery. If the E3 error occurs, use our original adapter to eliminate it.
